5:00pm - 6:45pm (12-18 years) (Max Size 20 Athletes) 

Our competitive swim team training program is designed to elevate swimmers’ technique, strength, and race performance. Week one of our swim camp focuses specifically on Dives and Turns. Whether athletes are just refining their skills or aiming for top-tier competition, we provide a progressive, technique-driven approach that delivers results.

Dive Development (Starts)

Block Positioning

Teaching proper foot placement and body alignment for explosive takeoffs.

Reaction Time

Drills focused on improving response time off the start signal.

Flight Time Mechanics

Training body position in the air for optimal speed and distance

Clean Entry & Streamline

Emphasizing tight body position, minimal splash, and immediate speed off the blocks.

Breakouts

Transitioning from the underwater phase to surface swimming with maximum efficiency.

Turn Technique

Freestyle & Backstroke Flip Turns

Teaching tight rotation, accurate wall placement, and strong push-off.

Breaststroke & Butterfly Open Turns

Focusing on quick hand-to-wall contact, tight tuck, and seamless transitions.

Wall Approach & Timing

Training swimmers to judge their distance and adjust stroke tempo for optimal turn positioning.

Underwater Work

Developing powerful streamlines, legal underwater pullouts (for breaststroke), and strong dolphin kick.
