3:00pm - 4:45pm (9-12 years) (Max Size 20 Athletes)

5:00pm - 6:45pm (12-18 years) (Max Size 20 Athletes)

Our competitive swim team training program is designed to elevate swimmers’ technique, strength, and race performance. Week one of our swim camp focuses specifically on Breaststroke and Freestyle. Whether athletes are just refining their skills or aiming for top-tier competition, we provide a progressive, technique-driven approach that delivers results.

Breaststroke

Timing & Stroke Flow

Training the correct pull-kick-glide timing to create a smooth continuous stroke.

Arm Recovery & Pull Technique

Improving efficiency with drills that focus on short, quick pulls and minimize drag.

Kick Mechanics

Building strong and legal kicks with focus on flexibility and power from the hips.

Streamline & Underwater Pullouts

Developing strong push-offs and effective pullout sequences for competitive transitions.

Tempo & Endurance

Building the ability to hold stroke technique and timing through race-pace sets. 

Freestyle

Body Position & Balance

Teaching horizontal alignment and proper head position to reduce resistance

Arm Technique

Focusing on high-elbow catch, clean extension and powerful underwater pull

Breathing Patterns

Training Rhythm based, race specific breathing to build consistency and efficiency

Kick Development

Building a consistent flutter kick through core-driven drills and kick sets. 

Starts, Turns & Finishes

Emphasizing explosive starts, tight flip turns, and fast finishes to gain competitive edges.
