The Tiburon Swim Academy Celtics Ticket Giveaway is sponsored by Tiburon Swim Academy, located in Waltham, MA and Wellesley, MA. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or the Boston Celtics.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Tiburon Swim Academy, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on December 9, 2025 and ends on December 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries submitted after will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

There are two ways to enter:

(1) Social Media Entry - Follow @Tiburonswimacademy on Instagram

• Tag up to five friends in the comments on the official giveaway post.

• Each tag counts as one entry. Maximum 5 entries per person.

(2) Bonus Entries with Purchase

• Purchase any swim clinic from Tiburon Swim Academy during the promotion period and receive 10 bonus entries in the same drawing.

• Purchase is NOT required to enter or win.

• Participants who enter via both methods may receive up to a maximum of 15 entries.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on December 25, 2025.

Prize

One winner will receive two standing-room tickets to a Boston Celtics home game against the Charlotte Hornets on March 4, 2026.

Approximate retail value is $200.00

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

In the event the designated game changes or is canceled, no alternate prize or cash substitute will be provided.

Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The drawing will take place on December 26, 2025.

The potential winner will be notified by direct message from the official @TiburonSwimAcademy account within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Tiburon Swim Academy reserves the rights to verify eligibility and disquality any entrant who tampers with the entry process and violates the rules.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

* Be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Tiburon Swim Academy, which are final and binding.

* Release and hold harmless Tiburon Swim Academy, Instagram, Meta, and the Boston Celtics from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

* Allow Tiburon Swim Academy to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and general location (e.g., “John D. from Boston, MA”) in marketing materials or social media posts.

Privacy

Information collected for this Giveaway will be used solely for administration of the promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with Tiburon Swim Academy’s privacy policy.
