We know your summer is busy with camps, vacations, activities, etc!

Create your own clinic, sign up for the coaches you like to swim with, or try out all of our coaches to prepare for the Fall!

We are offering a new Summer Puch Card for Private Lessons. We are offering either a 5 or 10 Private Lesson Punch Card. You recieve a discount on the lessons by purchasing this punch card!

After you purchase the card, your 5 or 10 lessons will be activated. Then you can schedule your Summer Swim Lessons right from the Parent Portal. No need to email or call, set your lessons up yourself!

*Please note, the BGC Punch cards are only offered to Waltham Boys & Girls Club members. Price matching will not be offered if any other punch card was purchased previously.

How Does it Work?

First, you sign up for either a 5 or 10 lesson punch card “class” below below. These are not actual classes, but a way for us to activate your lessons after you sign up. Once you sign up, we will activate 5 or 10 make up lessons on that “class”.

Once your make up lessons are activated, log into the parent portal and you can utilize these “make up lessons” to sign up for any availble class. The system will show you all options availble in the next 2 weeks. Days, Times, and Coaches are subject to availability.

All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for missed lessons.

All Summer Punch Cards will expire on 8/31/25. Any unused lessons will expire. Lessons must be used within the Summer season and will not be availble to be used for the Fall/Winter/Spring.

Punch Card Lessons will be held to the same make up standard. For cancellations, we must recieve at least a 24 hours notice in order to reissue your punch card lesson. If we do not recieve a 24 notice of cancellation for missed lessons you will not recieve your lesson

The BGC Punch cards are only offered to Waltham Boys & Girls Club members. Price matching will not be offered if any other punch card was purchased previously. No refunds or credits will be offered for any reason.

Directions After Purchase:

Note: Punch Card Lessons may take up to 24 hours to appear on portal.

The Punch Card Lessons are marked as makeups. This means that any Lesson that appears as a makeup option is a 30 minute one-on-one lesson spot suitable for any skill level.

You can schedule a make up lesson on Jackrabbit by following the instructions below!

  1. Log into the portal HERE

  2. Once logged into your dashboard, open the dropdown menu in the upper right corner

  3. Click the icon labeled "Absences & Makeups"  This will open a list of all of your swimmer(s)' Upcoming and Past Absences, labeled by Date, Student, Class Missed, Reason, and Eligibility for Makeup.

  4. Click the green text reading "Schedule Makeup" for any eligible absence.  If the missed lesson is in the Future, first click "View Schedule Impacts" on the date of the missed lesson.  Everything will be the same from there.

  5. A popup will open with a list of makeup options over the next 2 weeks

  6. Click the "Select" button for your preferred time.  The text and outline will turn green, and the text will now say "Selected"

  7. Double check the location and age range of the selected makeup class

  8. Press the blue "Submit" button at the bottom of the popup.  A new screen will appear announcing that your make up Swim class has been scheduled.  If you navigate away without clicking Submit your selection will not process.

  9. Your list of absences will now include your scheduled makeup date.  You can click the date for more information, or to cancel and reschedule your makeup!

Because we make adjustments to the calendar throughout the Season, we cannot book makeups more than two weeks in advance.  You can schedule a punch card lesson with any Coach or in any location.  See Policies Sheet HERE for more details.

Spots will open up as other swimmers submit absences.  If you cannot find a time that works for you, please let us know what days and time ranges your swimmer is available, so we can take a closer look for any options not visible on your end!
