A Splash of Confidence: Owen’s Journey

You might recall last May when we put out a casting call for the most scared swimmers in Massachusetts! We found many scared swimmers, but no one as scared as Owen! Watch as Owen deploys all the tactics he can think of to trick Coach Adam into letting him out of the pool. Spoiler alert: Coach Adam prevails and does in fact teach Owen how to swim!

Coach Adam has coached 1500 swimmers since 2017, many of them just like Owen. Through his experience, intuition, and confidence, Coach Adam has been able to help every swimmer he has encountered break free of the mental obstacles holding them back. We wanted to share Owen’s journey with the world to inspire swim instructors, parents, and future swimmers to break past their own limiting beliefs and start swimming!
